Ms. Stephens was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi but has lived the majority of her life in Etowah County. She has worked for The Chamber for the past 29 years. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1988 and attended Gadsden State Community College where she minored in Business Administration and majored in Medical Terminology.
She served as a board member of the YMCA of the Coosa Valley for three years, a member of the United Way's Allocations Team for two years, and served as a committee member on the JSU Continuing Education Department's Professional Administration Conference for the past eight years.
Stephens is the mother of one son, Nic, and has one fur baby, her Boston Terrior, Chase, who doesn't know he's a dog.
She is a proud resident of Hokes Bluff.
