Born and raised in the Rainbow City/Gadsden area, Philip is a 2004 High School graduate of Westbrook Christian School, later earning his bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama in 2008. After graduating from Birmingham School of Law in 2012, Philip worked for a local law firm until beginning his career in the Insurance industry. He is blessed with a wonderful wife, Kaci Kelley Hall, three wonderful boys, Wes, Shep and Banks, and a beautiful daughter, Lucy.
