Molli Gipson serves as the Executive Director of United Way of Etowah County, where she focuses on growing partnerships and expanding the organization’s impact. A Grand Valley State University alumna with a degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration and Community Health, Molli moved to Alabama in 2021 and quickly became one of the youngest executive directors in Etowah County.
Molli is actively involved in community service as a member of the Rotary Club, the Treasurer and Secretary for Etowah County VOAD, and a member of the Hokes Bluff Fire Association. When she’s not leading community initiatives, she’s embracing the beautiful chaos of life with a new baby, her husband, and their two dogs—and can often be found outdoors or spending time with family and friends.
