Tracey Bailey is a Project Manager/Estimator at Trent Thrasher Construction. She currently specializes in designing commercial, steel buildings. Tracey has worked in multiple industries such as, education, technology, wealth management and most recently, construction. In her current role, she fosters her customers’ growth and evolution through renovating and expanding their physical space.
Tracey earned a BA from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, centering around a theme called “Concepts of Community” focusing on electronic communications and their implementation and effect on society and culture. Recently, she has continued to expand her knowledge at Gadsden State, earning a “Make Your Mark Scholarship’ from SkillsUSA.
Tracey loves to dream big and embraces change and growth. She runs towards new projects and opportunities, whether they be professional or personal. She is the President of the Northeast Alabama Ballroom Dance Society and the Membership Director of the Coosa Landsharks Parrot Head Club. Her most recent volunteering project is as a Board member for the City of Southside’s Library. Tracey has a heart for volunteering and connecting people – she has never met a stranger and always looks for an opportunity to help someone solve a problem!
