My name is Charity Handy, I was born and raised in Gadsden and reside in Southside.
I started my career at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama a/k/a Alabama Auto Plant in 2003. I have held many roles since starting at AAP. I have worked as a Line Quality (LQ), non-Conformance for the Plant, New Model Project Lead for numerous projects for New Model and Transfer Models,
New Model Training Lead, Operational Standards and Quality Documentation Lead, New Model Tune Up Lead for the Plant, and currently Staff Engineer and New Model Team Manager. I have traveled both international and domestic
for work and training for the Alabama Auto Plant.
I have one daughter (Ashley) and two sons (Cody & Kyle). Along with many wonderful grandchildren (Drayden, Sydnee, Kesleigh, Rileigh, Kitt, Waylon, Ledger, and Cooper).
When off I enjoy spending time with family and friends, along with traveling both internationally and domestically. I also enjoy camping, zip lining, white water rafting, kayaking and going to the spa.
