Angela Lipscomb is a CPA and current Controller/ Treasurer of GKL Companies, Inc., a commercial roofing company located in Rainbow City, Alabama. She is a graduate of Gadsden State Community College and Jacksonville State University. Her accounting career started in public accounting at Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino in Birmingham. She also worked at Willis, Boater & Whiteside (currently Southeastern Business Professionals) in Gadsden. She has a total of 28 years of experience in accounting. She is the current board auditor and trustee for the Women's Club Gadsden, on the Jacksonville State University Alumni Engagement Board, and on the board of the Etowah Chamber as First Vice Chair. She is married to Representative Craig Lipscomb and her children are Clark and Carleigh Lipscomb.
