Angela Lipscomb is a CPA and current Controller/ Treasurer of GKL Companies, Inc., a commercial roofing company located in Rainbow City, Alabama. She is a graduate of Gadsden State Community College and Jacksonville State University. Her accounting career started in public accounting at Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino in Birmingham. She also worked at Willis, Boater & Whiteside (currently Southeastern Business Professionals) in Gadsden. She has a total of 27 years of experience in accounting. She is the current board auditor for the Women's Club Gadsden, President of the JSU Alumni Association Etowah Chapter, and on the board of the Etowah Chamber. She is married to Craig Lipscomb and her children are Clark and Carleigh Lipscomb.
