Mike Perkins is President of Frontline HR Solutions, a human resources consulting business working with large and small businesses locally and throughout the country. Before moving to Alabama, Mike was an employment attorney and HR professional in Pensacola, Florida for over 20 years.
In 2006, Mike and his wife, Kim, moved to Gadsden to serve as houseparents for at-risk children at Big Oak Ranch. Seven years later, Mike re-entered the business world as Corporate Employee Relations Manager for Albertville-based Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company. There, Mike worked with managers and employees at over 100 locations throughout the country to help build better workplaces and stronger employee-employer relationships.
Pursuing his passion for helping employers and employees, he started Frontline HR Solutions in July, 2019.
A graduate of the University of Alabama and the Florida State University College of Law, Mike is an AV-rated attorney (FL), a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources, a John Maxwell Certified Coach and a registered Mediator.
Mike’s proudest accomplishments are his 35 year marriage to Kim, his extended Big Oak Ranch family, and his three grown children, Andrew, Haley and Alex, who are all married and financially independent.
